Many Bold & Beautiful viewers who have been rooting for Dylan probably wanted to reach through the television and pull a Brooke on Katie as she relentlessly tore into our girl for the terrible offense of developing feelings for Will. (Seriously, the reaction to Katie’s Judge Judy routine was intense.) Fortunately, someone is about to arrive who can—and, judging by all signs, absolutely will—put Bill’s wife in her place: Dylan’s mother.
Bold & Beautiful Brings in Some Heavy Reinforcements
As you’ve probably already heard, the soap has cast General Hospital and Young & Restless veteran Kelly Sullivan as Darcy, expanding Dylan’s family beyond the black sheep, Remy. And if Sullivan’s comments are any indication, Darcy won’t be the type to quietly stand on the sidelines.

Dylan’s Mom Isn’t Afraid to Fight Back
Boots, you say? Sounds like Darcy will be well-equipped for a little butt-kicking! And honestly, Dylan could use someone willing to stand up for her. Nearly everyone in town seems focused exclusively on Electra’s feelings while ignoring Dylan’s entirely. Has anyone bothered to call out Miss Priss for demanding that Will throw Dylan out when she was literally living in her car and digging through dumpsters just to find food? Instead, Dylan gets criticized simply for existing in the same room as Will!
